Development unit

 - is responsible for the coordination of development operations in the Lapland Hospital District

- participates actively in national and regional projects, and

- participates in carrying out various implementation projects.

The unit develops efficiency and productivity of the hospital district for its part, without forgetting to organize the work in a human way. We carry out the development work in cooperation with clinical experts.
